MyPalm platform
Six apps. One for each job on the chain — nursery, dealer, plantation, mill, kernel plant, refinery. Mobile and web. Each tracks your fruit, your people and your money.
Where the fruit came from
470suppliers behind one mill
All on one map. 411 are smallholders — the answer an audit asks for.
Supply Chain Traceability screen, below.
Machines kept running
57maintenance jobs closed in a week
Station by station. The one nobody picked up is on the same screen.
Maintenance Dashboard, below.
Oil you would have lost
3.75%oil loss, called mid-press
Called against that mill’s own baseline, before the shift ends.
Oil Losses Prediction, press no. 3, below.
Keep the name you have always used. Underneath, one identifier, one machine, one history.
Find yours
Each is published on its own. You buy one, not a suite.
01
A nursery, seed box to buyer.
Seven modules: Attendance · Seed Inventory · Pre Nursery · Main Nursery · Maintenance & Upkeep · Store · Supply Chain & Traceability.
You get: received, in stock, sold, culled — by week, region and buyer.
02
Buying and selling fruit. The smallest app, and the only one about a deal rather than a plant.
Three modules: Sales & Purchase · Transportation · Accounting.
You get: MPOB’s daily purchase and sales records and monthly return, printed out of the app.
03
An estate: who harvested, what came out, what is still in the field.
Four modules: Operation (harvesting, pruning, weeding) · Maintenance (fertilizer, pest and disease) · Store · Accounting.
You get: cut today, hauled out, still on the platform — block by block, with the hours it has waited.
04
A mill: the ramp, the press, the laboratory, the alerts.
Five modules: Production · Maintenance · Grading · Laboratory · Traceability. Production carries the oil-loss prediction.
You get: a grade per lorry, a predicted oil loss per press inside the cycle, an alert queue with a name against every job.
Grading here is recorded by a person on the ramp. The rig that grades with nobody in the loop is separate hardware, and the plant retrofit is Smart Mill.
05
A crushing plant, with a QR code on every machine.
Five modules: Production · Maintenance · Human Resources · Procurement & Store · Accounting.
You get: scan a plate, read the whole repair history — part, fault, who accepted it, who closed it.
06
A refinery. The longest list, and the only one with tank gauging.
Eight modules: Production · Maintenance · Accounting · Store & Procurement · Human Resource · Traceability · Tank Gauging · Laboratory.
You get: the widest module list of the six, plus tank stock off the gauge — which no other variant has.
One brochure per app.
Before you train a weighbridge clerk on it
Screens in English, forms in Malay, exactly as the regulator writes them:
Penyata Bulanan MPOB(ELI)DF 4 · Rekod Harian Pembelian/Penerimaan · Rekod Harian Penjualan/Penghantaran · No.Lori · Berat Di Pintu · Estet Swasta/Sendiri · Estet/Skim Kerajaan
Maintenance words are bilingual on the screen itself: Failed (Gagal), Choked (Tersumbat), Replace (Tukar).
The software
Real screens from working mills, estates and nurseries. Customer names and vehicle numbers are painted out.
The screens are real captures. Four rooms are built, not photographed: the ramp, the control room, the weighbridge office, the nursery bench.
01 · The ramp
Before the lorry leaves, a grader chops a bunch, types what he sees, and attaches a photograph of the heap.
02 · The record
Minutes later the mill has it. Every load, timed and kept — not a clipboard in an office drawer.
From the MyPalm Palm Oil Mill Production Dashboard, digestor and press no. 3.
03 · The control room
Temperature and drainage read MANUAL, on red — the two valves a person is still turning.
From the MyPalm Palm Oil Mill Oil Losses Prediction for press no. 3.
04 · The press, while it is still turning
Oil left in the fibre is oil you paid to harvest and did not sell. The green line is what MyPalm expects this press to lose.
Verdict panels MyPalm prints these three in solid green · its wording, our palette
Predicted oil losses is lower than the baseline value
Reasons for oil losses
1. Oil losses are satisfactory and within baseline.
Recommendation
1. Oil losses within baseline. Keep up the good work.
“These oil loss predictions are generated based on parameters provided by operators for each cycle.” // MyPalm Palm Oil Mill brochure, p2.

The rest of the product
Plantation
345 cut. 289 hauled out. 56 still on the platform — one for 32 hours, marked Critical.
Palm Oil Mill · Traceability
Every supplier and buyer behind one mill, on one map.
Palm Oil Mill · Production
Two limits per reading: oil, and quality. Out of limit prints red, and Remarks names the valve to move.
Palm Oil Mill · Grading · 16 April 2024
Per lorry, to the minute: hard bunches, under-ripe, ripeness, overdue, loose fruit, net weight. Export as PDF for the supplier who is arguing.
Palm Oil Mill · Production
Every alert carries its station, its parameters and a clock. Nothing closes itself.
Palm Oil Mill · Maintenance
A week of work orders: raised, in progress, closed, by station.
Palm Oil Mill · Maintenance
The same work as a month, so a planner sees the pile coming.
Palm Oil Mill · Production
One cycle, drawn. Cooked 92 minutes, held 53, peak pressure and temperature under the curve.
Palm Oil Mill · Production
Five sterilizers against the press, one night, one axis. Bottlenecks show here.
Palm Oil Mill · Laboratory
Hourly FFA, projected OER, CPO and kernel losses, boiler water — your paper logs, typed once. Out as CSV or PDF.
Nursery
Received, balance, sold, culled. Culled is the one you cannot get by walking the rows.
Nursery · Machinery QR Code
Every machine wears a code. The phone reads it and the machine’s own history opens.
The record is made on a phone. The desktop reads it back.
The code on the machine
Hold the phone up to the plate. No asset number to type, and none to get wrong.
What it has been through
The machine’s own job cards open, newest first — the part, the damage, and what was done about it.
Who did what, and when
The same job as a timeline: who raised it, who accepted it, who closed the work order — each step with a face against it.
Kernel Crushing Plant · Maintenance
Scan the plate: what broke, who accepted it, who closed it.
He signs in
On the phone the supervisor already carries into the field. No terminal in the estate office.
The day opens
Pick the estate and it reads back: tonnage cut, tonnage dispatched, tonnage still on the platform — then who turned up, and what fertilizer went on which block.
Four jobs, four tiles
Attendance, operation, maintenance, store. That is the whole app — a supervisor learns it standing up.
Plantation
What a supervisor carries: today’s tonnage, who turned up, what went where.

Maintenance really is spelt miltracking, with one l. Correct it and the store returns nothing.
On the record
Three men, named on camera in our film. One of them also put his name to a letter.
“When AIREI introduced MyPalm System to us, we saw it as a very good opportunity to enable us to capture a lot of data, and then use that data to improve our system.”

“One of the various eco-system partners we work with is AIREI, where their focus is pretty much using technology insights to make sure plantation workers are able to increase their yield, to monitor plantation more data-driven wise.”
MDEC describes AIREI. The other two are operators running MyPalm.
“It is a good system which will allow us to control our data well and record our data reliably.”

Every handover is a record
Between this heap and the tank the fruit changes hands three or four times.
