# AIREI website review — 8 September 2026

Open **START-HERE.html** after extracting the ZIP. Keep the folders together. Existing public images, fonts and videos require an internet connection.

## Giving feedback

Select **Review** on any website page. Add a comment, suggest replacement wording, or draw on the relevant element. Suggestions do not change the website copy. Use the page filter to see feedback from other pages.

Feedback is stored in the current browser. It is not uploaded or automatically shared. **Export JSON** saves a portable copy; if downloading is unavailable, copy the JSON shown in the export panel into a `.json` file. **Import JSON** can restore that file or accept pasted JSON. Keep an export before changing browsers, clearing browser data, or moving the extracted folder. Some browsers limit storage between local HTML files; in that case export each page's feedback before moving on and import the files together when reviewing through a local web server.

Enquiry buttons display a preview notice. They do not submit a form. Ordinary social, email and telephone links remain active destinations.

## Changes included

- Removed the AI information block at the top left of the landing-page hero.
- Reworded Unmanned AI FFB Grading around inspection, sorting, grading records and weighbridge integration, with grader acknowledgement made explicit.
- Broadened the retrofit description to cover the mill and the complete intake workflow. The actual scope still needs agreement for each mill.
- Removed the Ipoh office and shared footer app links. Added the verified LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube profiles.
- Reworked the Malay pages in simpler Malaysian Malay for client review.
- Added selectable English and Bahasa Malaysia subtitles and transcripts to all 15 video placements, covering six distinct videos. Original captions burned into the footage remain visible when selectable subtitles are off.

## Decisions still needed

1. **Product copy:** confirm the FFB description, grader acknowledgement and retrofit scope. Existing source-backed performance claims elsewhere are retained for review, not newly certified here.
2. **Photography:** supply the intended photo direction before imagery is changed.
3. **Malay wording:** approve the tone and preferred technical terms.
4. **Subtitles:** review the full video timing and names before publication. Four passages in the company film remain explicitly uncertain: 4:27.2–4:30.6 (nursery use period); 4:50.2–4:54.2 (French Congo reference, also 0:11.8–0:14.0 in the Lutete testimonial); 5:29.6–5:33.2 (closing request); and 5:33.4–5:37.2 (opening clause before “most of us here”). They are marked unclear instead of guessed. Subtitles are a review draft.
5. **LinkedIn admin:** name the person/account and requested Page role. An authorised Page administrator can then confirm and apply the access change. No account access has been changed in this work.

This package is for review. The live website has not been published or changed, and this package has not been sent to a client.
